Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (evolvingyou.com) and all services offered by Evolving You™, a DBA of Alexus Rae Enterprises LLC. By accessing the website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and services.

All services are provided under Alexus Rae Enterprises LLC, DBA Evolving You™.
2. Services Provided
We provide coaching, consulting, breakthrough sessions, transformational integration programs, and online resources. Our work is focused on subconscious reprogramming, emotional release, identity reinvention, and personal transformation.
Important: These services are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
3. Payments
- Payments must be made in full prior to the Pre-Breakthrough Session.
- Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Stripe (3% fee applied).
- All sales are final and non-refundable.
- Rescheduling of sessions is permitted within 3 months of the original scheduled date, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given and subject to mutual availability.

- No guarantees of outcomes are made.
- You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes and instead resolve any payment issues directly with us.

- Services and content are provided in good faith, but results will vary by individual.
- The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Total liability shall never exceed the total fees paid by the client.
